Creators Concierge, LLC (“Creators Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account on the Creators Concierge platform or connected any social media accounts through our services, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request that Creators Concierge delete all personal data we have collected and stored about you. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, profile details, and authentication records.
- Social Media Data: Any analytics, metrics, audience demographics, engagement data, and profile information obtained through authorized social media connections (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch).
- OAuth Tokens: All stored access tokens and refresh tokens associated with your connected social media accounts.
- Content & Media: Profile photos, media kits, rate cards, portfolio content, and any files you uploaded to the platform.
- Campaign Data: Deliverable records, content drafts, performance reports, and brand partnership data associated with your account.
- Communications: Records of messages and correspondence stored within the platform.
- Scheduling Data: Booking history, meeting records, and calendar-related data.
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to:
In your email, please include the following information so we can verify your identity and process your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Creators Concierge account
- A list of any social media accounts you connected through the platform (e.g., Instagram handle, TikTok username)
- A clear statement that you are requesting permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
3. What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your deletion request, the following process will be followed:
a. Verification (1–3 Business Days)
We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and authorized. We may contact you at the email address associated with your account to confirm the request. This step protects you from unauthorized deletion attempts.
b. Processing (Up to 30 Days)
Upon successful verification, we will begin the deletion process. Within 30 calendar days of verification, we will:
- Permanently delete your account and revoke all active sessions.
- Delete all personal profile data from our systems.
- Delete all social media analytics and metrics data obtained through your authorized connections.
- Permanently destroy all stored OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
- Remove all uploaded content, files, and media from our storage systems.
- Delete campaign and deliverable data associated with your account.
- Remove scheduling and booking records linked to your account.
c. Confirmation
Once the deletion process is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided in your request, confirming that your data has been permanently deleted.
4. Exceptions & Retained Data
In certain limited circumstances, we may be required to retain specific data even after a deletion request. These exceptions include:
- Legal Obligations: Data that we are required to retain under applicable federal, state, or local tax, financial, or legal regulations (e.g., tax records, 1099 documentation, and invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law).
- Fraud Prevention: Minimal data necessary to prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or protect the security of our platform and other users.
- Active Legal Proceedings: Data that is subject to an active legal hold, subpoena, court order, or government investigation.
If any of these exceptions apply, we will notify you in our confirmation email, specifying what data is being retained, the reason for retention, and the expected duration of retention. All retained data will continue to be protected with the same security measures described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Revoking Social Media Access
In addition to submitting a deletion request to Creators Concierge, we recommend that you also revoke our application’s access directly through your social media account settings. This ensures immediate revocation of data access from the platform side:
- Instagram & Facebook: Go to your account Settings > Security > Apps and Websites, find Creators Concierge, and click Remove.
- TikTok: Go to Settings > Security > Manage App Permissions, find Creators Concierge, and revoke access.
- YouTube & Google: Go to your Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access, find Creators Concierge, and remove access.
- Twitch: Go to Settings > Connections, find Creators Concierge, and disconnect.
Revoking access through your social media settings will immediately stop any further data retrieval from that platform, regardless of the status of your deletion request with us.
6. Partial Data Deletion
If you would like to remove specific data (such as disconnecting a single social media account) without deleting your entire Creators Concierge account, you may:
- Disconnect a social media account through your portal settings at any time. Upon disconnection, all data from that specific platform will be deleted within 30 days.
- Request partial deletion by emailing hello@creatorsconcierge.com with the subject line “Partial Data Deletion Request” and specifying which data you would like removed.
7. Data Deletion Is Permanent
Please be aware that once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes all analytics history, content, files, campaign records, and account information. If you wish to use Creators Concierge services in the future after a full deletion, you would need to create a new account and reconnect any social media accounts.
